Hiring: Australia and Oceania Communications Associate

As a Communications Associate for Stakewolle, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, coordinating with content producers, managing internal communications, and promoting narratives to attract users and increase adoption of the Web3. You will also conduct A/B experiments, analyze website data, generate reports, brainstorm novel growth strategies, and gather community feedback for product improvements. In addition, you will work with PR/media relations partners to execute global communication and media strategies, lead social media management, create educational content, and collaborate on research-related endeavors.
Responsibilities:
• Create compelling content and coordinate with content producers. • Manage and organize internal communications. • Promote and entrench narratives within the Stkewolle community. • Conduct A/B experiments and analyze website data using Google Analytics. • Brainstorm novel growth strategies. • Gather community feedback for product improvements. • Monitor research forums, social media, and other comms channels for important information. • Coordinate with PR/media relations partners to execute global communication and media strategies. • Lead social media management and collaborate on posts with third parties. • Create educational content and resource foundations for the Stakewolle community. • Collaborate on research-related endeavors. • Work on large projects in the background outside of reflexive job requirements.
Requirements:
Proven background in well-researched and well-written content Excellent communication skills in English 1-2 years of experience in a role within DeFi or TradFi company Background in communications, marketing, content, research, or media relations/PR preferred Experience leveraging Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager Ambitious and able to adapt to changing scenarios Capable of working non-traditional hours for global coordination with third parties At Stakewolle, we believe in building a freer financial system and invite you to join us on our journey to set money free.
