Stakewolle Governance 17.04

Stakewolle votes Yes on Stride proposal#198. This proposal is to enable Autopilot (1-click liquid staking) on Stride to improve the liquid staking UX. Autopilot is an IBC middleware that will allow a user to send an IBC transfer with a memo signaling the tokens should be liquid-staked and have the liquid-staked version end up in their wallet.
